The Call for Proposals and Call for Reviewers for Greenbuild and Greenbuilding Brasil are now open. The conferences feature educational sessions covering all aspects of sustainable design, construction, and operations practices for buildings and communities, including their impact on people, the environment, and the economy. 

Greenbuild 2017: Proposals for Greenbuild 2017 are due Friday, January 13 at 5:00 pm EST.
Nov. 7  – Call for Proposals opens
Jan. 13 – All proposals must be submitted and complete by 5:00 pm EST (final deadline)
Jan. 30 – Feb. 10 –  First round of review
Feb. 27– Mar. 10 – Second round of review
Apr. 5 – 7 – Third round of review
April 24 – Session notifications are sent
May 5 – Presenter acceptance deadline
July 20 – Research White Paper deadline (only applies to Research program sessions)

Each year, we seek peer reviewers to evaluate proposals for education sessions at Greenbuild and Greenbuilding Brasil. Peer reviewers help maintain the outstanding reputation of the education program by identifying exceptional and timely presentations.

The Call for Reviewers will run on the following schedule:

Reviewing Policies
Each reviewer will receive electronic access to a range of 20-25 submissions and will need to complete online evaluations no later than the deadline specified below.

Please note that serving as a reviewer represents a significant time commitment and responsibility for ensuring timely and thorough reviews of all assigned proposals.

Reviewers are eligible to present at the conferences. They are prohibited from reviewing session abstracts submitted by professional colleagues employed by the same organization. Those who complete their assignments for Greenbuild Boston will receive a $100 discount off of a Greenbuild 3-day conference pass registration. Those who complete their assignments for Greenbuilding Brasil will receive a discount off of a Greenbuilding Brasil Full Conference registration. This discount is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other discounts. Individuals who have completed assignments as reviewers in previous years are encouraged to apply.
